Tom Cat
Bakery was founded in 1987 by Noel Labat-Comess, the former chef of
Barry Wine's New York City seminal restaurant, The Quilted Giraffe.
His goal was to bake breads that rivaled the best breads in France,
Italy and Germany.
Twenty years later Tom Cat is still striving 24 hours a day, seven
days a week to make the best artisan breads possible while providing
the customer service that only a New York City clientele can demand.
Our breads and sweet goods are served in the best restaurants,
hotels, gourmet and sandwich shops in the New York metropolitan
area.
For
over a decade Tom Cat has grown under the watchful eyes of James
Rath and Matthew Reich and their devoted management team as well as
many, many dedicated Tom Cat employees who devote their days and
nights to making tens of thousands of hungry people happy every day
of the year. |
