SERVICE

Our
goal is to deliver the best bread and sweets to you every day, and provide
you with customer service that exceeds your expectations. We understand
that we are your partner, and will do everything possible to meet
your needs.
Our
customer service team is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year
from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. during weekdays, and from 8:00 a.m. until
3:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
TO
SET UP AN ACCOUNT, simply speak with any customer service representative
at 718.786.7659. We will provide you with all the necessary information
for scheduling a sample, establishing credit, etc.
TO
PLACE AN ORDER, change an order, or cancel an order for
breads, you must
contact our customer service team before 4:00 p.m. weekdays and
before 3:00 p.m. weekends and holidays, the day before the delivery.
To place an order, change an order, or cancel and order for
sweets, you must contact our customer service team before
1:30 p.m. All
of our breads are made to order and require long fermentation, so
we cannot guarantee any changes if you call us after the cutoff
time (4:00 p.m. weekdays and 3:00 p.m. weekends for breads,
1:30 p.m. for sweets). Our minimum is
$30 per delivery.
DELIVERIES
are made every day from 5:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. by Tom Cat delivery
trucks. We use no outside distributors.
Our
