You can always ask your local store to call us and order our bread. What is the order cutoff time if I already have an account? 3:00 P.M What days does Tom Cat Bakery make deliveries? We take fresh bread seriously! Tom Cat Bakery bakes and delivers 365 days per year. Our customer service representatives work every day as well. What is the Minimum Order for my new account? Your combined bread/sweets order must be a minimum of $30 per day. How do I qualify for a wholesale account? We have just a few questions. Remember: we have a $30 minimum daily order. What is Tom Cat’s delivery location range? Lower Westchester, Long Island, Southern Connecticut and parts of New Jersey. Please give us a call at (718) 786-4224 ext. 241 if you are within this range and need daily deliveries. When are deliveries made? We require a 2-hour delivery window. We will work with you to arrange a delivery time that works for you. Our trucks are on the road from 12 AM to 5 PM, 7 days per week. Can I pick up my order at the bakery in Long Island City? Though we do not have a retail location, we can arrange to have your order ready for pickup at the bakery. Please arrange this in advance by speaking with Customer Service if you already have an account or with Sales if you do not have an account yet. We would actually prefer to deliver to your location. How do I change my order, place a standing order or make an order? Your very first order should be set up with your sales representative, and after your account is established, you can call in your order to customer service, email or fax. We also offer online ordering. How do I place my order online if I already have an account? Give your sales representative a call and we’ll get you set up. Where can I buy Tom Cat products at retail? You can find our products at a range of places. If you do not see our products where you want them, ask the bakery manager. Help us help you!
